Notifications
Every change in Odoo reaches the card within seconds, quietly. Only a few changes also alert the customer.
What alerts

Everything else updates the card without an alert.
Limits
- At most three alerts a card in 24 hours. The rest update the card quietly.
- A purchase alerts at any hour. Other changes, such as an import, alert only by day (08:00 to 18:00 UTC).
- The customer can switch alerts off per card on their phone.
The texts
Alerts come in the customer's language. On iPhone you can write a field's alert text in the designer; empty means that field never alerts. On Android, Google writes the text of the points alert itself.
You have no notification settings to manage: every shop gets the same rules.
