Terms of service
These terms apply between Avatud Lahendused OÜ (“Tieroo”, “we”) and the business that uses Tieroo (“you”). Tieroo is a service for businesses; it is not sold to consumers.
1. The service
Tieroo puts the loyalty cards of your standard Odoo Loyalty programs into Apple Wallet and Google Wallet and updates them on your customers' phones. Odoo stays the master of points, rewards and customers. The service includes the Tieroo Odoo modules, the card designer, join-by-QR with print-ready posters, and, as a paid add-on, Customer Levels.
We run Apple Wallet and Google Wallet for you; you do not need your own developer accounts or certificates.
2. What you need
Odoo 17 or later (Community or Enterprise) in which custom modules can be installed, for example self-hosted or on Odoo.sh. Odoo Online cannot install custom modules, so Tieroo does not work with it.
3. Plans and billing
- Plans are priced by cards in use: cards that are on at least one phone. Each card counts once, however many devices it is on.
- Prices are in euros per month, excluding VAT, as listed on tieroo.com when you order.
- If the cards in use go over your plan's limit, you move to the plan that fits. If you pay annually, the difference is charged for the remaining months of the year.
- The Customer Levels add-on is billed on top of the plan.
- For more than 100,000 cards, the price is agreed separately.
Free plan
Up to 100 cards in use, with no time limit. The free plan does not include Customer Levels.
Annual payment
If you pay for a year in advance, you pay for 10 months and get 2 months free. Paid amounts are not refunded if you use fewer cards; a lower plan can apply from the next year.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are the controller of your customers' personal data, and we process it for you as your processor under our data processing agreement. You make sure you have a lawful basis for that processing.
- You make sure your customers have agreed to receive the card, its notifications and the emails that deliver it, where the law requires their consent.
- You are responsible for the data in your Odoo and for what your card shows, including the right to use the logos and images you upload.
- You keep your sync key secret and tell us at once if you think someone else has it.
- You follow the rules of Apple Wallet and Google Wallet that apply to the content of your cards.
5. Availability
We work to keep Tieroo running and your cards up to date, but we do not promise any particular uptime. Card updates also depend on Apple, Google and your Odoo being reachable. We may need to interrupt the service for maintenance and will keep such breaks short.
6. Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim related to Tieroo is limited to the fees you paid us in the 6 months before the event that caused the claim (less, if you paid us less in that time). We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, such as for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
7. Ending the service
You can end the service by writing to support@tieroo.com. A monthly plan ends at the end of the month already paid for; an annual plan at the end of its year. When the service ends, the cards stop updating and we delete the card data as you instruct. Your loyalty data stays in your Odoo.
8. Changes
We may change these terms or our prices. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change affects you; if you do not agree, you can end the service before it takes effect.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are settled by the Estonian courts.
