What Tieroo needs
Tieroo runs inside the client's own Odoo. Check these four things before you install it.

| Hosting | Odoo.sh or the client's own server. Odoo Online cannot install custom modules, so Tieroo does not work there. |
| Odoo apps | Point of Sale and Loyalty. Odoo installs them with Tieroo if they are missing. Customer Levels also needs Invoicing. |
| Outgoing mail | A working mail server. The card emails go out from the client's own Odoo, in the customer's language. |
What the client needs
A registered company with an EU VAT number and a payment card, also on the free plan. Fill in the VAT number and country on the company in Odoo first. Every card is issued under Tieroo's Apple and Google accounts, so every account belongs to a real company. Stripe checks the VAT number in the EU's VIES register.
The client needs no Apple or Google developer account, no certificates and no Website app in Odoo.
