Tieroo and Customer Levels
Install Tieroo for every client. Add Customer Levels only when the client wants spend-based levels with their own prices.

Installing Customer Levels changes nothing on its own. The levels start only when the client's levels administrator presses Start levels.
On the free plan Odoo still applies the levels and their pricelists; the card shows the level only on a plan with Customer Levels.
