Leaving and your data

Removing the card from your wallet takes it off your phone. You stay a member of the shop's loyalty programme until you ask the shop to remove you.

When the shop removes you, the card closes: your wallet moves it to its expired passes, and its QR code no longer works. Your name, points and dates are erased from Tieroo 30 days after the card closes, or as soon as the shop deletes your contact.

The shop is responsible for your data, and Tieroo processes it for them. Write to the shop for your data or its deletion; Tieroo's part is described in its privacy policy.
