Alerts from the card
The card always shows your latest points. It alerts you when a reward is ready, when your level changes, before your points expire, and when your points change (at most once in 20 hours). Never more than three alerts in 24 hours.
If the shop switched it on, the card also comes up on the lock screen near the shop. Your phone checks its own position; the shop and Tieroo never learn where you are.
Switching alerts off
On iPhone, open the card in Wallet, tap the more button and turn off the notifications. On Android, open the card in Google Wallet and change its notification settings.
